Today is the first day of spring, and a welcome time for most folks in the state.
While Houston and the coastal bend has had relatively good weather (except for a great deal of rain and drizzle and what seemed like continuous overcast), the rest of Texas, like a lot of the U.S. has had an inordinate amount of ice and snow.
While that’s great for natural gas sales, it sure makes it hard to be in the field and to drive to and from work.
I think most of us are happy to be able to go outdoors and see the new blooms of spring.
Take time to take a drive in the country and see the bluebonnets and Indian paintbrushes as they begin to bloom.
Enjoy spring, Summer is right around the corner!
